Disbursements / The Home Office fees:
The applicants alone are responsible for paying the Home Office fees and other disbursement costs.
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties.
If you instruct us to engage other advisers or service providers (such as a barrister, interpreter, translator or expert witnesses), they will be engaged by us acting as your agent and you will be responsible for their fees in addition to our own unless we agree otherwise and confirm the same to you in writing. You will also be responsible for any Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge and Tribunal or Court fees where relevant. We will discuss with you whether any disbursements may be applicable during your free initial consultation.
